About the Farrier - Justin Dean

Justin is a professional farrier in his 10th year of business. He attended Casey and Son Horseshoeing School in Georgia. Justin, has and will continue his education by attending the International Hoof Care Summit, and numerous clinics.  Justin has been accepted and will be attending Cornell University (a private and statutory Ivy League research university) located in Ithaca, New York  in February 2018 to complete the Advance Farrier Program taught by Hall of Fame Farrier, Steve Kraus. He has worked on horses of all diverse styles of riding both English and Western.  Also, he has a love and passion for riding equestrian sports such as foxhunting. Believing in remaining educated and informed with the most current shoeing practices and techniques as a farrier/blacksmith to better fit the individual needs of my clients and their horses. He is punctual and will use the most humane handling of the horses.
